Information disclosure.

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides a platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes (ODR platform) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers may use this platform to bring disputes concerning a contract concluded online before an out-of-court arbitration body.

For any inquiry of that kind, please reach us at studio@moebelform.at. We are not, however, obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages pursuant to § 6 ECG and the general statutes. We are, however, not under any obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances pointing to illegal activity (§§ 13–17 ECG).

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard begins only at the moment we obtain knowledge of a concrete infringement; relevant content will be removed without delay upon detection.
