Delivery, assembly and interior consulting for furniture by Minotti, Poliform, Vitra and other leading manufacturers. With the care an investment piece deserves.
Möbelform is the studio Vienna's interior designers call when a Minotti sofa arrives from Italy and the showroom won't deliver past the curb. Since 2014 we have handled the most demanding part of the process — what happens between the truck and the living room.
Delivery, assembly and on-site consulting for private residences, design studios and boutique hotels across Vienna, Salzburg and Munich. Trained crews, an in-house carpenter, no subcontractors. We work with Minotti, Poliform, Vitra, Cassina, B&B Italia and the manufacturers serious about who carries their pieces up the stairs.
Trained crews, careful hands. We reserve elevators, protect floors, and unpack only on site. From the manufacturer in Italy or the showroom — straight into your home.
Built-ins, wardrobe systems, wall fittings. Our in-house carpenter adapts what doesn't fit — ceilings, walls, niches, the quirks of old Viennese buildings — we know them all.
We come early — ideally during the renovation. Floor plans, door swings, lighting. So the sofa doesn't block a doorway and the dining table actually seats eight.
A small selection of the interiors we have furnished, assembled and looked after.
The interiors we serve don't fit one shape. Each its own geometry — assembled into one picture.
You send us model, brand, address and delivery date. We check dimensions, elevator and doors — and come back with specific questions.
When needed, we drop by. For complex pieces — marble, glass, custom-built — a pre-delivery visit is standard.
On time. Elevator booked, floors protected, packaging opened on site. You see your piece for the first time when it's in place.
If anything needs adjusting, our carpenter comes back. Even months later. We handle warranty matters with the manufacturer.
